Ms. Sindhu ,  a  senior  engineer  with  HCL  in  Bellandur and   a  citizen  of  the  Koramangala  said that, she used to travel through bus everyday, which  was a main reason for her to reach her office very late. Now she has started doing car pooling, which is also not making much difference. She added on, especially after 8 A.M. Traffic gets too congested since a lot of people start at that particular time, to reach Schools, Colleges and work places. She also felt that, a lot more bridges should be built, roads should be made wider, proper traffic controls is necessary and people should follow the traffic rules seriously.  She added that people should refrain from using bulky vehicles for only one or two of them and that carpooling and public transportation should be encouraged. This was an exciting interview with a person who plays an important role in caring for both students and Staff at Jyoti Nivas College, Bangalore. She is the most caring, friendly, and optimistic person, who's nonother than the Nurse, working in Mabel's Clinic, JNC.  She introduced herself "My name is Kripashree". Mrs. Kripashri, Nurse in charge at Mabel's Clinic JNC  Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life. They are truly a  blessing to the humanity who needs to be friendly, optimistic, good with  communication skills, and have a lot of patience.  This was an interesting interview with Mrs. Kripashree who's working as a nurse at JNC  What is your qualification?  I've done my BSC in Nursing, in Bangalore Medical College.  Do you find any difference between the work that you were doing before and the one you're doing now?  Yes I do, before i was working as a staff nurse in Mangalore at First Neuro Hospital and SCS hospital, there i used to face a lot of stress dude to work pressure, but here I feel calm and good, since i have less patients to attend and less stress compared to the other.  What's the reason behind fo
